Fauchon's artistry when it comes to pastry has also been applied to its cocktail culture. Each of the libations created at The Grand Cafe Fauchon are as pleasing to the eye as they are to the palate. Incorporating fresh fruits, teas, and all sorts of edible garnishes, the cocktail experience at Fauchon L'Hotel Paris is truly something to be experienced.
One noteworthy highlight is the tea-infused cocktails. Why tea? The FAUCHON brand is noted for its iconic fruit-infused teas which date back to the 1960s, when Auguste Fauchon forged a partnership with Air France to enable him to import exotic foods from around the world. One of the most popular items was fruit-infused teas which have since become a hallmark of the brand.
To pay homage to these fruit-infused teas, the culinary team at The Grand Café Fauchon has developed Signature Cocktail elixirs infused with tea — which can be enjoyed with or without alcohol. As an example, two of the cocktails pictured in first photo below at left comprise the following ingredients:
Featuring Gray Goose Vodka, Currents, Poppy Liqueur, Lemon Juice, Aromatic Bitters, Cardamom Syrup, and Fauchon Red Fruit Scented Green Tea.
Amaretto, Talisker Whisky, Agave Syrup, Yellow and Green Lemon Juice, Scented Black Tea "Happiness, and Egg White.
There are a total of five Signature Tea-Infused Cocktails priced at 16 Euros.
