I was born to be a storyteller and knew I wanted to write for a living for as far back as I can remember. Along the way, I became intrigued by business — how a company takes its product to market and best communicates the customer experience.
My passion and life’s work is to create and elevate brand storytelling to be authentic, organic, dynamic, and impactful through strategic copywriting and content.
My expertise has been leveraged by many leading global brands to launch their product into the marketplace, more clearly refine their positioning, and tell a better story to engage customers.
Over the years I've worked for major brands including Marriott Hotels, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes, Renaissance Hotels, The Leading Hotels of the World, 1-800-FLOWERS.com, British Airways Holidays, Fauchon, American Express, GMAC, Merrill Lynch, and many others. I've also launched a number of brands as they began global expansion programs including Kempinski Hotels, Nouvelles Frontieres, Fauchon Hospitality, Jolly Hotels, and more. I also spent a number of years as Director of Communications for The Leading Hotels of the World, helping the company to revamp its website to adapt it from an information only site to a booking channel; managing public relations for the luxury hotel collection, developing branded partnerships, and creating content for a variety of channels.
I've also spoken at many industry conferences worldwide on the affluent consumer, communicating the experience, social media in the travel industry, and many other topics.
