"As a result of the business I am in, I have been lucky enough to travel across the U.S. and around the world including to Europe, Russia, China, Kenya, Morocco, South America, Mexico, and throughout the Caribbean. I love Paris. Recently came back from Amsterdam, and if you asked me what my favorite place was, I would have to tell you that I haven't discovered it yet - there is still so much of the world to see! But Italy is definitely on my short-term list."
Victor TeixeiraBorn in Holland, Victor's family was firmly entrenched in the travel industry and that no doubt gave him his passion for travel. His parents met in Amsterdam while both worked for KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and he spent his summers as a teenager working in baggage handling at Amsterdam's Schipol Airport. After graduating from the University Of Amsterdam with a degree in Economics, Victor traveled the world with the Royal Netherlands Air Force, and also spent some time working in Barcelona for the Netherlands Tourist Office. Victor moved to the U.S. in 1994 and while working as a business analyst, logged some 130,000 miles a year. As a result, we like to call him JC Communications' resident "Marriott business travel expert" as he's accrued millions of Marriott Rewards miles that he's doing his very best to redeem.
"The ideal vacation for me would be a never-ending cruise...with stops in St. Barth's, Amsterdam (so I can grab a beer at the Heineker Hoek and people watch on the Leidesplein), and in Lisbon to go visit my Dad."

"My favorite place to travel is Asia - I've visited China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Singapore, Japan, Tibet, Nepal and Bhutan. I'm planning to visit China again this year right after the summer Olympics, so that should be interesting. Still on my 'must go' list is India, Southeast Asia and Africa. My favorite cities are Hong Kong, New York & Vancouver. What traveling has made me realize is that no matter how different a culture is, fundamentally we all want the same things... the love, well-being and happiness of our family. Traveling also makes me appreciate all the things we have here in the US and not to take them for granted."

"I always wanted to travel to Africa and go on a safari. Israel is another destination that is intriguing to me. Ever since I was a teenager, my desire was to see Jerusalem and look behind the scenes of a Kibuzz."

"My favorite place to travel is definitely Germany! I have been going there since I was a child and have all of my family on my mother's side there. I love to ski so anything with big, white mountains is breathtaking to me. Traveling to different parts of the world is always an exciting experience. I love new challenges and hope to see and learn new things in the future!"
